By accessing or using the services provided by TotalOps Automation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
TotalOps Automation provides AI-powered workflow automation services for operations teams, including but not limited to accounts receivable, payroll processing, invoice generation, recruitment, and CRM integrations. The specific scope of services will be outlined in your individual service agreement.
Our plans start from a one-time total cost of £2,999 for the design, build, and deployment of your automation. During your free consultation, we will scope your requirements and provide a fixed monthly quote for operations plus the estimated costs to run your workflows, with a specific price cap meaning your costs cannot exceed the agreed maximum amount. Payment terms will be set out in your service agreement.
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account credentials, and comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our automation services complies with your industry's regulatory requirements.
All workflows, automations, and custom solutions developed by TotalOps Automation remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. You retain ownership of your data at all times.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and the UAE's Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TotalOps Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, we will assist with the transition of your data and workflows, subject to any outstanding payment obligations.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
